100 Pieces

Solo Exhibition · Zürcher Lagerhaus

100 Pieces is a site-specific installation set within the industrial hall of Zürcher Lagerhaus, where small, aged wooden shingles take center stage. Each shingle is painted and arranged on the floor in shifting compositions—linear rows, clustered groups, or circular formations. The installation unfolds as a dynamic interplay between order and movement: circles appear to spin, rows seem to dance, and rhythmic patterns emerge across the surface. The juxtaposition of the natural wood grain with painted figures enhances the tactile and visual depth of the work, transforming the space into a meditative yet vibrant experience.
